The day begins on one of the region’s stunning local beaches, where you’ll learn how to gather fresh bait, read the conditions and fish like a local. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve fished before, this is a relaxed and engaging way to connect with the ocean and learn practical skills.

From there, we head inland into the lush hinterland to a beautiful working farm. Here, you’ll explore macadamia plantations, avocado trees and produce gardens, while learning about the land, local environment and sustainable practices. Keep an eye out for wildlife along the way, with plenty of opportunities to slow down and take it all in.

A highlight of the day is gathering around the fire to cook and share food together. Using fresh ingredients, including your catch where possible, you’ll experience the simple satisfaction of preparing and enjoying a meal outdoors.
